Helicopters get thrown into Raiden’s face, Monsoon can split himself into tiny pieces… and this track suits it all perfectly. The fight against Monsoon is one of the most over-the-top battles in the game, and in the case of Rising, that’s saying a lot. Electrifying, energetic and memorable, this is the best song on the cd. It’s one of those tracks that gets better the more you hear it. The song that plays during the fight against Metal Gear EXCELSUS, piloted by senator Steven Armstrong.
